Who we are
The Insanely Wicked ("we," "us") is a digital studio that builds web apps and AI agents. This site, theinsanelywicked.com, is our public website. This policy explains what information we handle when you visit it or contact us.
What we collect
As little as possible. This site has no accounts and no sign-up forms.
- Google Analytics. We use it to see which pages people read, so we know what's worth writing more of. It sets a cookie and tells us things like which country you're in and roughly how you found us. It never tells us who you are, and we never combine it with anything else. If you'd rather not be counted, your browser's "Do Not Track" setting, an ad blocker, or private browsing will all keep you out of it.
- Email you send us. If you contact us at sales@theinsanelywicked.com, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it for one thing: replying to you and working together.
- Basic server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested to keep the site running and secure. We don't use this to identify or profile visitors.
What we do with it
We use your information only to respond to you, provide services you ask for, and operate this website. That's the whole list.
What we will never do
- Sell your personal or company information
- Rent, trade, or give it away to third parties
- Use it for advertising or send you spam
- Share client project details without permission
Service providers
The site is hosted on Vercel, and our email runs on standard email providers. These services process data only as needed to deliver hosting and email — they don't get your information for any other purpose.
Data retention
We keep email correspondence for as long as it's useful for working together, and delete it when it's not. Server logs are retained briefly by our hosting provider per their standard practice.
Your rights
Want to know what we have about you, or want it deleted? Email us at sales@theinsanelywicked.com and we'll take care of it promptly.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we ever change this policy, we'll update this page and the effective date above. The core promise — never selling or giving away your information — will not change.
